Hra (Hravost) je základní schopností, kterou dospělí ztratí během dospívání. Nejenom, že ztratí lehkost a radost, které dávají příchuť životu, ale také jeden ze způsobů, jakým se dozvídají o sobě a o ostatních.
Neurologové říkají, že učení hraním je daleko rychlejší a více integrující než jakýmkoliv jiným způsobem. A pokud k tomu přidáme, že je to o našem vnitřku, pak se to stává velmi cenným a mocným zdrojem.
Pramod Šivak sám na sobě zjistil, během své vice jak 20-leté herecké kariéry, že hraním člověk nevyhnutelně objeví věci o sobě a o druhým s kvalitou nevinnosti a svěžesti.
V tomto semináři budeš propojovat tělo s vědomím a objevovat nové možnosti, nové talenty a dary, které v tobě dřímají.
Budeš mít možnost zažít různé techniky hraní, klaunovství a argentinského tanga dohromady s moderními zenovými technikami sebe-dotazování a meditací. Objevíme různé aspekty nás samých jako je kontakt, spontánnost, opravdovost a radost.
Každý den hrajeme to divadlo života, tak proč tu naší roli nezahrát s grácií a zatím si užívat hry!
Co získáš ze semináře:
- Naučíš se různé techniky hraní a klaunovství v kombinaci se zenovými technikami sebe-dotazování, které tě povedou dovnitř hravým způsobem

Dražen Pramod Šivak je povoláním divadelní herec a pochází z Chorvatska, kde také začal s divadelním uměním. Učil studenty v národní Akademii Dramatického Umění v Chorvatsku. Hraje v divadle, filmu a TV. Mimo jiné třikrát vyhrál Národní cenu divadelního umění a byl pozván renomovanými umělci z divadel Kolumbie a Maďarska, se kterými spolupracuje už několik let.
Také byl pozván to Noveau Clown Institutu v Barceloně, poté, co strávil několik let výzkumem klaunovství.
Jak Pramod propojuje meditaci a herectví:
Nejdříve skrze profesionální kariéru herce a učitele herectví začal získávat zkušenosti s různými metodami práce s tělem.
Poté je vytrénován v procesu Intenzivního Uvědomění (Awareness intensive) a práci s Vnitřním kritikem. Jeho učiteli jsou Ganga Cording a Avikal Constantino. Je certifikovaným hypnoterapeutem, stejně jako členem American Board of Hypnotherapy.
Facilituje skupiny Intenzivního uvědomění a skupiny Přítomnosti. Poté, co objevil práci s Klaunovstvím a Argentinské tango, kterému se věnuje už velmi dlouho, kombinuje tyto techniky s meditací a sebe-dotazováním. Posiluje to vědomí v těle skrze hru a kontakt.
Ke každému přistupuje s velkým respektem a porozuměním. Dává prostor pro jeho vlastní hledání a objevování dosud nenalezeného vnitřního potenciálu.

Play is the fundamental thing grown-ups lose when growing up. Not just that they lose the lightness and enjoyment that gives flavour to life, but also the way in which they learn about themselves and others.
Neuroscientists say that learning by playing is a much faster way of learning and integrating than any other way. And we add, if this learning is about something inside of ourselves, than it is a valuable and powerful resource.
In his 20-year experience of acting, acting teaching and movement research, Pramod Sivak has discovered that by playing with oneself one inevitably discovers things about himself and others with a quality of innocence and freshness.
When awareness is involved into this work, together with working with the body, amazing discoveries are involved.
Combining acting techniques, clowning work, argentine tango together with inquiry and meditative approach, we explore different aspects, as are contact, spontaneity, authenticity, joy.
We are everyday involved in the theatre of life, so why not do our part well, while enjoying the play!

Drazen Pramod Sivak is a theatre artist from Croatia, where he started his research into performing arts and theatre. He was teaching acting students at the national Academy of Dramatic Art in Croatia and is working in theatre, film and TV. He has won 3 National Acting awards, among others, and was invited to work by renowned artists from theatres of Columbia and Hungary, with which he worked together for several years.
He was invited to the Nouveau Clown Institute in Barcelona, after spending last few years into the research of the work with clown.
Simultaneously, for the 20 years he is involved into meditation, his main interest being in the Awareness Intensive, which he facilitates, Inner Judge work. Also, he is a certified hypnotherapist.
How Pramod connects meditation and play:
Through his professional career of actor and acting teacher, he begins his journey gaining experience in different body and acting practices.
With that, his interest for a deeper understanding grows and he discovers meditation, that becomes his practice. He gets trained in Awareness intensive and Inner Judge with Ganga Cording and Avikal Costantino. He is a certified hypnotherapist, as well, and a member of the American Board of Hypnotherapy.
He facilitates Awareness Intensives and doing groups on Presence. After his discovery of clown work and a long tango training experience, he also works combining these works with meditation and inquiry, empowering our embodiment through play and contact.
In his dedication to each client, he approaches with respect and understanding, giving space to
another of his own discovery of inner potentials.
