Tato meditace je rychl\u00e1, intenzivn\u00ed a d\u016fkladn\u00e1 ve zp\u016fsobu, jak se dostat skrze zako\u0159en\u011bn\u00e9 emo\u010dn\u00ed vzorce a p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed v syst\u00e9mu t\u011blo-mysl, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1s udr\u017euj\u00ed uv\u011bzn\u011bn\u00e9 v minulosti a za\u017e\u00edt svobodu, pozorov\u00e1n\u00ed, ticho a m\u00edr, kter\u00e9 jsou schovan\u00e9 za zdmi tohoto v\u011bzen\u00ed.<\/p>\n

Dynamick\u00e1 meditace je jednou z nejhrav\u011bj\u0161\u00edch metod, kter\u00e1 n\u00e1s p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u00ed skrze vrstvy podm\u00edn\u011bn\u00ed rovnou do centra na\u0161eho byt\u00ed.
\nMeditace trv\u00e1 jednu hodinu a m\u00e1 p\u011bt f\u00e1z\u00ed. M\u011bj zav\u0159en\u00e9 o\u010di v cel\u00e9m pr\u016fb\u011bhu a pou\u017eij p\u00e1sku p\u0159es o\u010di, pokud je pot\u0159eba. Nejvhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed doba na meditaci je brzk\u00e9 r\u00e1no v dob\u011b, kdy se probouz\u00ed p\u0159\u00edroda, noc odch\u00e1z\u00ed, slunce vstupuje na oblohu a v\u0161e je bd\u011bl\u00e9, p\u0159\u00edtomn\u00e9. Toto\u00a0je meditace, p\u0159i kter\u00e9 z\u016fst\u00e1vej po celou dobu bd\u011bl\u00fd, v\u011bdom\u00fd \u2013 z\u016fst\u00e1vej sv\u011bdkem v\u0161eho, co se d\u011bje. A pot\u00e9 ve \u010dtvrt\u00e9 f\u00e1zi, kdy ses\u00a0stal kompletn\u011b ne\u010dinn\u00fd, zamrzl\u00fd, pot\u00e9 tato\u00a0bd\u011blost dos\u00e1hne sv\u00e9ho vrcholu.<\/p>\n

\nD\u00fdchej chaoticky nosem, dovol d\u00fdchan\u00ed b\u00fdt intenzivn\u00ed, hlubok\u00e9, rychl\u00e9, bez rytmu, bez vzorce a v\u017edy se soust\u0159e\u010f na v\u00fddech. T\u011blo se postar\u00e1 o n\u00e1dech. Dech by m\u011bl proudit hluboko do plic. D\u011blej to tak rychle a siln\u011b, jak jen m\u016f\u017ee\u0161, dokud se doslova nestane\u0161 dechem. Pou\u017e\u00edvej p\u0159irozen\u00e9 pohyby t\u011bla, kter\u00e9 ti pomohou budovat energii. Vn\u00edmej, jak stoup\u00e1, ale nenech j\u00ed j\u00edt b\u011bhem prvn\u00ed f\u00e1ze.<\/p>\n

\nS rukama zvednut\u00fdma nad tvoj\u00ed hlavou sk\u00e1kej nahoru a dol\u016f a vyk\u0159ikuj mantru \u201eH\u00fa\u2026 H\u00fa.. H\u00fa!\u201c tak hluboce, jak jen je to mo\u017en\u00e9. Poka\u017ed\u00e9 kdy\u017e dopadne\u0161 na celou plochu chodidel, nech ten zvuk ude\u0159it hluboko do sv\u00e9ho sexu\u00e1ln\u00edho centra. Vydej ze sebe v\u0161echno. \nSTOP! Zamrzni kdekoliv jsi, v jak\u00e9koliv pozici se pr\u00e1v\u011b nach\u00e1z\u00ed\u0161. Nijak sv\u00e9 t\u011blo neupravuj. Zaka\u0161l\u00e1n\u00ed, pohyb, cokoliv naru\u0161\u00ed tok energie a cel\u00e9 \u00fasil\u00ed bude ztraceno. Bu\u010f sv\u011bdkem v\u0161eho, co se s tebou d\u011bje.<\/p>\n

\nOslavuj! S hudbou a tancem, vyj\u00e1d\u0159i cokoliv, co tam je. Svoji \u017eivost si vezmi do cel\u00e9ho dne.<\/p>\n

This meditation is a fast, intense and thorough way to break old, ingrained patterns in the bodymind that keep one imprisoned in the past, and to experience the freedom, the witnessing, silence and peace that are hidden behind these prison walls.<\/p>\n

The meditation is meant to be done in the early morning, when as Osho explains it, \u201cthe whole of nature becomes alive, the night has gone, the sun is coming up and everything becomes conscious and alert.\u201d<\/em>

\n\t\t\t\t\t
„This is a meditation in which you have to be continuously alert, conscious, aware, whatsoever you do. The first step, breathing; the second step, catharsis; the third step, the mantra, ‚Hoo.‘ Remain a witness. Don\u2019t get lost. It is easy to get lost. While you are breathing you can forget; you can become one with the breathing so much that you can forget the witness. But then you miss the point. Breathe as fast, as deep as possible, bring your total energy to it, but still remain a witness. Observe what is happening as if you are just a spectator, as if the whole thing is happening to somebody else, as if the whole thing is happening in the body and the consciousness is just centered and looking. This witnessing has to be carried in all the three steps. And when everything stops, and in the fourth step you have become completely inactive, frozen, then this alertness will come to its peak.“ Osho<\/div><\/div><\/p>\n

Instructions:<\/strong>
\nThe meditation lasts one hour and has five stages. Keep your eyes closed throughout, using a blindfold if necessary. It can be done alone, and can be even more powerful if it is done with others.<\/p>\n

First Stage: 10 minutes<\/strong>
\nBreathing chaotically through the nose, let breathing be intense, deep, fast, without rhythm, with no pattern \u2013 and concentrating always on the exhalation. The body will take care of the inhalation. The breath should move deeply into the lungs. Do this as fast and as hard as you possibly can until you literally become the breathing. Use your natural body movements to help you to build up your energy. Feel it building up, but don\u2019t let go during the first stage.<\/p>\n

Second Stage: 10 minutes
\n<\/strong>EXPLODE! \u2026 Let go of everything that needs to be thrown out. Follow your body. Give your body freedom to express whatever is there. Go totally mad. Scream, shout, cry, jump, kick, shake, dance, sing, laugh; throw yourself around. Hold nothing back; keep your whole body moving. A little acting often helps to get you started. Never allow your mind to interfere with what is happening. Consciously go mad. Be total.<\/p>\n

Third Stage: 10 minutes<\/strong>
\nWith arms raised high above your head, jump up and down shouting the mantra, \u201cHoo! Hoo! Hoo!\u201d as deeply as possible. Each time you land, on the flats of your feet, let the sound hammer deep into the sex center. Give all you have; exhaust yourself completely.<\/p>\n

Fourth Stage: 15 minutes<\/strong>
\nSTOP! Freeze wherever you are, in whatever position you find yourself. Don\u2019t arrange the body in any way. A cough, a movement, anything, will dissipate the energy flow and the effort will be lost. Be a witness to everything that is happening to you.<\/p>\n

Fifth Stage: 15 minutes
\n<\/strong>Celebrate! With music and dance express whatsoever is there. Carry your aliveness with you throughout the day.<\/p>\n

If your meditation space prevents you from making noise, you can do this silent alternative: rather than throwing out the sounds, let the catharsis in the second stage take place entirely through bodily movements. In the third stage, the sound Hoo! can be hammered silently inside, and the fifth stage can become an expressive dance.<\/p>\n
