Prvn\u00ed f\u00e1ze: 15 minut <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Sed\u00edme se zav\u0159en\u00fdma o\u010dima. Zhluboka se nadechneme nosem a napln\u00edmepl\u00edce. Zadr\u017e\u00edme dech co nejd\u00e9le, pot\u00e9 jemn\u011b vydechneme \u00fasty a udr\u017eujeme pl\u00edce pr\u00e1zdn\u00e9 tak dlouho, jak je to mo\u017en\u00e9. Pokra\u010dujeme v tomto d\u00fdchac\u00edm cyklucelou prvn\u00ed f\u00e1z\u00ed. <\/span><\/p>\n

Druh\u00e1 f\u00e1ze: 15 minut <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Vra\u0165\u00edme se k norm\u00e1ln\u00edmu d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed a jemn\u00fdm pohledem se d\u00edv\u00e1me na blikaj\u00edc\u00ed modr\u00e9 sv\u011btlo nebo plamen sv\u00ed\u010dky. Udr\u017eujeme sv\u00e9 t\u011blo v klidu. <\/span><\/p>\n

T\u0159et\u00ed f\u00e1ze: 15 minut <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Se zav\u0159en\u00fdma o\u010dima se postav\u00edme a nech\u00e1me sv\u00e9 t\u011blo uvoln\u011bn\u00e9 a vn\u00edmav\u00e9. Poc\u00edt\u00edme jemn\u00e9 energie, kter\u00e9 pohybuj\u00ed t\u011blem mimo na\u0161i norm\u00e1ln\u00ed kontrolu. Umo\u017en\u00edme uskute\u010dn\u011bn\u00ed tohoto \u201eLatihan\u201c. Osho says that if the breathing is done correctly in the first stage of this meditation, the carbon dioxide formed in the bloodstream will make you feel as high as Gourishankar, Mt. Everest. This \u201chigh\u201d is carried into the subsequent stages of soft gazing, soft and spontaneous movement, and silent stillness.<\/p>\n

The meditation is to be done with its specific OSHO Gourishankar Meditation music, which indicates and energetically supports the different stages.

Instructions:<\/strong>
The meditation lasts one hour and has four stages. The meditation is over when you hear three gong beats.<\/p>\n

First Stage: 15 minutes<\/strong>
Sit with closed eyes. Inhale deeply through the nose, filling the lungs. Hold the breath for as long as possible, then exhale gently through the mouth and keep the lungs empty for as long as possible.
Continue this breathing cycle throughout the first stage.<\/p>\n

Second Stage: 15 minutes<\/strong>
Return to normal breathing and with a gentle gaze look at a flashing blue light or a candle flame. Keep your body still.<\/p>\n

Third Stage: 15 minutes<\/strong>
With closed eyes, stand up and let your body be loose and receptive.
The subtle energies will be felt to move the body outside your normal control. Allow this \u201cLatihan\u201d to happen. Don\u2019t\u00a0do<\/em>\u00a0the moving: let moving happen, gently and gracefully.<\/p>\n

Fourth Stage: 15 minutes<\/strong>
Lie down with closed eyes, silent and still.<\/p>\n
